亭子口水利枢纽工程蜗壳进水口凑合节的安装

摘要

Taking into account the interference between the construction of powerhouse and the assembly of spiral case in Tingzikou Water Control Project,the location of fitting section in inlet position of spiral case is adjusted.The assembly techniques and welding control of adjusted fitting section are analyzed.The reasonable design modification and construction program optimization of fitting section assembly solve the contradiction between mechanical and electrical installation and civil construction,and at the same time,ensure the construction quality.%考虑到亭子口水利枢纽工程厂房施工与机组蜗壳安装施工上的矛盾,调整了蜗壳进水口凑合节的位置.分析了进水口凑合节位置改变后的配装工艺与焊接控制.通过对设计的合理修改及施工方案的优化,在保证施工质量的前提下,解决了机电安装与土建施工间的矛盾.
