基于多维度功率振幅寻优的次同步振荡控制策略研究

     

摘要

现行风电的规模化发展使得电力电子设备的应用越为广泛,但给电力系统的安全稳定造成一定的影响,诸如目前广为谈论的风电场次同步振荡问题.本文通过次同步振荡源判定及振荡相关因素分析,提出了基于多维度功率振幅寻优的次同步振荡控制策略,并将该控制策略嵌入到现有稳控三合一装置.通过在哈密地区风电场部署次同步振荡稳控三合一装置,以验证该控制策略的正确性.实验结果表明:该控制策略能够根据线路振荡相对幅度大小,准确切除次同步振荡最严重区域,消除与隔离次同步振荡.%The large-scale development of wind power makes the application of power and electronic equipments more widely,but it has some influence on the security and stability of power system,such as the problem of sub-synchronous oscillation (SSO) of wind power.Through judging the oscillation source of SSO and analyzing the relevant factors of oscillation,the SSO control strategy based on multi-dimension power amplitude optimization is put forward,and then the control strategy is embedded into existing stability control system to form a “Three in One” device.The “Three in One” device is deployed in a wind farm in Hami to verify the correctness of control strategy.The experimental results show that the control strategy can accurately remove the critical region of SSO and eliminate SSO according to the relative amplitude of line oscillation.
