巴基斯坦高摩赞大坝工程导流洞封堵施工

         

摘要

Pakistan Gomal Zam dam multipurpose project diversion tunnel plugging achieved dry site construction by leading the ecological flow & the seepage water from gate. To improve surrounding rock integrity consolidation grouting was implemented before tooth excavation. By using the consolida- tion grouting holes making the rock dowels increased the resistance strength of the concrete plug. The plug was divided into 5 layers completed placing concrete , each layer had actualized the temperature control through the pre -embeded cooling pipe. Backfill and contact grouting was provided to the plug at last. The plugging construction succeeded passing the test of reservoir impounding in flood season.%巴基斯坦高摩赞导流洞封堵首先通过对生态用水和闸门渗水的引流实现了封堵段的干地施工。随后在齿槽开挖之前先对封堵段岩体实施固结灌浆提高岩石的完整性,并充分利用固结灌浆孔完成锚杆施工以增强堵头的抗剪强度。堵头混凝土分5层完成浇筑,每一层通过预埋冷却水管实现了对堵头的温度控制。最后对堵头进行回填灌浆与接触灌浆。整个导流洞封堵施工在汛期成功通过了库区蓄水的检验。
