赢得值理论在水利工程造价中的应用

In the process of the water conservancy construction , there are two important control tar-gets, progress and cost.Based on the earned value theory , to control water conservancy construction investment , the quantitative study on the engineering cost .On the basis of the theory of earned val-ue, tracking, projections for project cost , to take effective measures to enhance predictability of engi-neering construction , implement cost management dynamic .%水利建设过程中有两个重要的控制目标，分别是进度和费用。以赢得值理论为基础，对水利工程投资进行控制，对工程造价进行定量研究。运用赢得值理论，对项目造价进行跟踪、预测，采取有效措施提升工程建设的可预见性，实现造价管理动态化。
