碾压混凝土坝体裂缝化学灌浆处理及效果分析

摘要

A cross-cutting crack appeared on the overflow section of RCC gravity dam in Guang Xi Xiao Rong Jiang water control project .After the completion of crack processing , based on the date a-nalysis of drill core sampling test ,water pressure test and the test of ultrasonic transmission method , the effect of chemical grouting is great , and the strength of concrete , penetrability and concrete integ-rity in the cracks can meet the design requirements .Its processing method ,technological process and the test data analysis can provide reference for similar projects .%广西小溶江水利枢纽碾压混凝土重力坝大坝溢流坝段出现贯穿性裂缝，通过表面修补、嵌缝封堵及化学灌浆等方法进行了处理。裂缝处理完成后，通过对钻芯取样试验、压水试验和超声波透射法试验检测数据的分析。结果表明，化学灌浆封闭效果好，处理后裂缝处混凝土强度、渗透性及裂缝处混凝土完整性均能满足设计要求。其处理方法和工艺流程及试验数据分析可为同类工程提供参考。
