地方本科高校转型发展要从根本上转变办学指导思想和人才培养模式,避免“外延式”形式化做法,走“内涵式转型”的正途。国际经验表明,应用技术人才是高校、行业企业、社会组织等多个主体协同培养的结果,仅靠地方本科高校自身努力难以实现“内涵式转型”。产教融合、多方协同是新型办学模式和人才培养方式的运行要旨。必须树立“人才培养链条化”思维,明确企业主体责任,强化行业协会作用,构建校企结合制度性平台,以此推进地方本科高校实现“内涵式转型”。%The local undergraduate universities should follow a right way in the current course of transformation and development, which means changing its guiding ideology and talents training mode fundamentally, pursue “connotative transformation” and avoid “extensive transformation”. International experience shows that it’s a collaborative result for the universities, industries, enterprises and other social organizations to foster the application-oriented talents, so it is difficult for the local undergraduate universities to realize “connotative transformation” with its own efforts. The key points of the new education and talents training mode include “fusion of university and industries” and “multilateral synergic cultivation”. The local undergraduate universities should set up a “talent training chain” thinking, so as to clear the enterprise’s responsibility and strengthen the industry association’s function, which will combine the universities with enterprises through institutional platform and promote the implementation of “connotative transformation”.
