基于动态竞争淘汰制的优质教育资源建设

随着各类教育资源的建设，给学习者和教育者提供了一个资源共享的平台，然而随着时间的推移，平台上的很多资源已经陈旧，优质资源又进不来。对教育资源采取竞争淘汰制的管理手段，可以促进资源的动态循环更新发展，建立高效优质的资源环境。%With the construction of various types of educational resources, the learners and educators are provided a platform for the sharing of resources. But as time goes on,many of the resources on the platform are already obsolete,while the quality resources can not enter. Taking a knockout competition management means for educational resources, can promote the dynamic circulation and development of the resources to establish the efficient and quality resources environment.
