通过对日本产业教育学会第54届和55届学术年会研究报告的述评，分析转型期日本职业教育研究新动向，即从体现国家意志“为了产业发展”的研究传统，到重视个人职业生涯发展“为了青年就业”的职业教育研究取向的转变。“关注青年就业”彰显了日本不同学术领域研究者对就业问题的理性审视和学术责任；“谋求教育与工作衔接”突显了日本转型期研究者的跨界联动，打破原有职业教育研究“囿于教育论教育”固有研究范式，着力教育与职业世界的衔接与贯通，建构职业能力培育的实践体系。%Review about the research reports of the 54th and the 55th JSSVTE shows that the new research tendency of vocational education in Japan during the transformation period mainly focus on the following fields: from “for the development of industry” that reflects the will of the state to “for youth employment” that pays attention to individual career development;“focus on youth employment” reveals the rational visual angle and academic responsibility of researchers in different fields; “seek integration of education and work” shows the crossover cooperation of researchers during the reform period, breaking the inherent paradigm “discuss education based education”, and putting emphasis on the integration and cut-through of education and vocational world to construct the practice system of vocational ability cultivation.
