政府介入、伙伴关系与企业参与校企合作意愿关系研究

摘要

以政府介入、伙伴关系、企业参与校企合作意愿三者之间的关系为研究对象,通过珠三角地区制造类企业、服务类企业共257份问卷调查的结果分析,得出政府介入、伙伴关系对企业合作意愿具有显著的正向影响;政府介入对伙伴关系具有显著的正向影响,并通过伙伴关系显著影响企业合作意愿;伙伴关系在政府介入与企业合作意愿关系中具有显著的中介作用.提升企业校企合作积极性需要政府加强政治资源支持、社会荣誉支持;高校强化技术服务能力、产品开发能力,提升人才培养质量,谋求与企业在文化上的互动兼容等.%Taking government intervention, partnership and enterprises' willingness to participate in school-enterprise cooperation as the research objects, and on the basis of the analysis of the survey data of 257 questionnaires of manufacturing and service enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region, the research concludes that government intervention and partnership have significant positive influence on enterprises' willingness to cooperate; government intervention has significant positive influence on partnership, and significantly influences enterprises' willingness to cooperate through partnership; partnership has significant mediating effect in the relation between government intervention and enterprises' willingness to cooperate. To enhance enterprises' willingness to participate in vocational education, the governments should strengthen political resources and social honor support; colleges should strengthen their technical service ability and product development ability, improve talent training quality and pursue cultural compatibility with enterprises, etc.
