The internal quality assurance system of higher vocational colleges in developed countries has generally taken a series of measures of regulating environment by the legislative means, setting goal by the capable standard, enriching body by the student members, improving system as a means, assessing themselves as the main methods so that the quality of education can be improved significantly in order to adapt to the drastic changes of the international environment. In future, the internal quality assurance system higher vocational colleges in developed countries will appear the development trends of the culture of environment, the comprehensive of goal, the full of body, the flexibility of means and the integration of methods.%适应当今国际环境的激烈变革，发达国家高职院校普遍形成以法规为途径来规范质量保障环境、以能力为本位来确立质量保障目标、以学生为成员来丰富质量保障主体、以健全的制度来作为质量保障手段以及以自我评估作为主要质量保障方式的内部质量保障体系，显著提升了教育质量。今后，发达国家高职院校内部质量保障体系将会出现质量保障环境的文化性、质量保障目标的全面性、质量保障主体的全员性、质量保障手段的灵活性以及质量保障方式的融合性等发展趋势。
