文化润校：示范性高职院校可持续发展的战略选择——乌鲁木齐职业大学文化建设个案研究

摘要

文化润校应是示范性高职院校可持续发展作出的必要的战略选择;示范性高职院校的文化建设应从精神文化、制度文化、行为文化、物质文化等层面进行科学系统的谋划。%The author contends that filling a school with its national culture is a necessary strategy which an exemplary university will have to choose for its sustainable development.The paper advocates that the cultural construction of an exemplary university should be carried out in spiritual culture,system culture,behavior culture,and material culture.
