新疆高职院校横向课题研究的制约因素及对策分析

摘要

The crosswise project research in vocational colleges of Xinjiang is confronted with three aspects of restrictive factors---from enterprises, from colleges and from government. The paper proposes three measures: one, to change the fixed concept of enterprises to the ceeusro cooperation;two, to make college teachers shift their researches to the applied technology development and spread;three, to urge local government to support vocational colleges’crosswise projects in policies, finances, etc.%新疆高职院校开展横向课题研究面临来自三个方面的影响因素制约，一是企业对自身技术创新认识不到位、信心不足。二是高职院校还存有重知识传授、轻技能培养传统教学习惯，教师们还有重教学、轻科研的守旧思想和偏爱纵向课题的习惯。三是政府机械性传达国家产学研相关政策多，创新性发挥企业与学院间桥梁、纽带作用少。要提高职院校横向科研工作水平，一是要转变企业对产学研合作的认识，二是要引导高校教师将研究的重心从专业基础研究转到应用技术研发及推广上来。三是政府应在政策引导、校企沟通、资金支持等关键环节上发挥应有的作用，继而推动新疆产学研工作向前发展。
