高功率三阶3dB介质定向耦合器的分析与设计

     

摘要

根据定向耦合器的工作原理及要求,利用HFSS软件分析并设计了一款以空气为介质的三阶3 dB定向耦合器.并在此基础上,使用具有高电压击穿特性的三氧化二铝陶瓷片作为耦合介质,分析并设计了一款高功率三阶3 dB介质定向耦合器.此介质耦合器在保证足够带宽的前提下,能够提高耦合器的耐压性能,实现了定向耦合器的高功率耦合,从而可以应用于广播电视台大功率(数十千瓦)发射机中.%According to the operation principle and requirements of directional couplers, a third-order 3 dB directional coupler with air as coupling medium is analyzed and designed with the usage of HFSS. On this basis, using a ceramics chip as coupling medium, a high-power third-order 3 dB directional coupler is analyzed and designed. This ceramics consists of AI2O3. On the premise of enough bandwidth, the ceramics chip can improve the capability of voltage resistance of the coupler, and the high-power coupling is achieved. This coupler can be used in the high-power broadcasting transmitter system.
