The vehicle wiper motor’s start-up is controlled traditionally by relay and fuse,therefore the electric power net impulsion and electromagnetic interference can be generated when the motor is started . A new start-up scheme is designed so that the current impulsion is controlled by microcontroller and intelligent power switch.The experimental results show that the wiper motor’s current impulsion is reduced prominently.So the design plan is feasible.%传统车辆雨刷电机采用继电器与保险丝的起动控制模式,此模式所引起的瞬间电流会对整个电网产生冲击和电磁干扰。为解决此问题设计了一种基于微控制器和智能功率开关的雨刷电机起动控制方案。试验表明该方案起动电流峰值得到了有效的控制,电机起动平稳,证明该硬件及软件方案是可行的。
