The immigration work is the key of construction of hydropower project. Therefore, we must do well the reservoir resettlement work. However, our understanding of the work of reservoir resettlement appeared overdoing phenomenon. So we should learn from historical experiences and lessons, and explore the inherent law of immigrants under the conditions of the socialist market economy for doing well immigration work.
