对政府采购中防腐监管的博弈分析

摘要

文章通过建立监督的博弈模型,分析得出如果要达到监督部门选择监督策略,投标人不进行行贿行为,应该采取降低监督部门实施监督的成本及投标人的参标成本,同时提高行贿成本、完善及规范评标制度、评分办法等措施.%The article analyses the anticorrosion and supervision to the government procurement through the gambling model. It concludes that in order to enhance the power of supervision while reduce the arising of bribery,we should decrease the cost of the supervision while increasing the cost of bribery, improving the grading system and otherwise.
