Teachers are the important education development resources, and are the leader, supporter and facilitator of the students' all-round development and life-long learning. The development of the times requires teachers to learn and improve themselves, so it is an urgent and arduous task to innovate teacher training. Teacher training is a long-term and relatively larger systematic work.
