呼和浩特石化公司发展战略研究

摘要

论文以呼和浩特石化公司为研究对象,分析了企业面临的机遇和挑战以及新时期下发展所拥有的优势和劣势,研究制定呼和浩特石化公司切实可行的发展战略.希望能对国内石化行业有一定的指导作用,同时对炼油行业的其他小炼油企业的发展起到一定的借鉴作用.%This paper takes Hohhot Petrochemical Company for research object, analyzes the opportunities and challenges that enterprises are facing as well as the advantages and disadvantages for development in the new period, studies and formulates the practicable development strategy of Hohhot Petrochemical Company, in hope of guiding the domestic petrochemical industry and playing a certain reference for the development of other refining enterprises.
