高校学生管理工作浅谈

摘要

近年来我国高校学生管理工作遭遇到若干挑战,亟需探讨出适应新形势需要的学生管理制度.但学生管理又是比较复杂的工作,需要多视角思考.思想政治理论课作为大学生思想政治教育的主渠道,同样具有学生管理的职能.思想政治理论课任课教师要对此有所认识,并自觉在教学工作中坚持知识传授与学生管理的结合.%In recent years, the management of college students in China is facing a number at challenges, so the student management system that adapts to the new situation is urgent. Student management is more complex, so the multi-perspective thought is needed. As main channel of ideological and political education of college students, the ideological and political theory course also has the function of student management. The instructors of ideological and political theory course must understand this and consciously persist in the combination of knowledge transferring and student management in teaching.
