马奎特的系统性学习型组织模型对高校学习型党支部建设的启示

本文作者通过对学习型党支部内涵的解读,分析了高校学习型党支部建设的意义,作者利用马奎特的系统性学习型组织模型,从五个子系统,即学习、组织、人员、知识和技术子系统对学习型党支部进行分析,并提出了建设思路.%The author interprets the connotation of learning party branch, analyzes the significance of constructing the college learning party branches. The author uses Marquette's systematic learning organization model to analyze the learning party branch, from the five subsystems, namely, learning, organization, personnel, knowledge and technique, and proposes the construction ideas.
