网络媒体随着信息技术发展呈现出多样性,时空的不限性,而使用人群中大学生占主要部分,其深入影响着大学生的思想,学习以及生活的各个方面,而辅导员作为大学生思想政治教育和管理者,明确认识网络手段在工作的重要作用,学会合理运用网络手段是非常必要的.本文通过分析网络媒体在高校中的流行现状,结合当前辅导员在日常工作运用网络手段的不足和网络手段对辅导员工作的重要意义,从角色定位、语言、时间空间、方式上提出辅导员应该如何正确地运用网络手段.%With the development of information technology, network media shows diversity and opening space, the main parts are college students among using crowd, and it influences college students' thought, learning and all aspects of life deeply. As the educator and manager of college students, counselors should clearly understand the important role of network means in the work, and it is very necessary for counselors to apply network means reasonably. In this paper, through the analysis of popular status of network media in colleges and universities, how to properly use the network means by counselors is proposed from role positioning, language, time and space, ways, combing with the insufficient of counselors in their daily work when using network means and the important significance of network means to counselors' work.
