模糊理论安全综合评价模型在天然气开采中的应用

         

摘要

For the comprehensive evaluation of complex production syslenis of natural gas exploration companies, the paper outlines the basic principles of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Based on the fuzziness and randomness characteristics of safety evaluation of natural gas exploration companies and the establishment of comprehensive evaluation index system for the security status, such as production environment, safety management, security education and so on, the paper proposes the two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method by using fuasy comprehensive evaluation theory. Based on the score and the level of fuzzy evaluation determined by organizational experts, the comprehensive evaluation of the safety status is conducted, and the conclusion of "moderate" level is given. For its problems, targeted recommendations for improvement are given. This method ib important for the objectivity and accuracy of evaluation, and provides theoretical support.%为综合评价复杂的天然气开采企业的生产系统,本文简述了模糊综合评价的基本原理,根据天然气开采企业安全评价存在的模糊性和随机性的特点,在建立涵盖生产环境、安全管理和安全教育等一级指标的安全现状综合评价指标体系的基础上,运用模糊数学综合评判理论,提出了安全现状二级模糊综合评价方法.在组织专家对评价指标打分和确定模糊等级的基础上,应用该方法对某天然气开采企业安全现状进行了综合评价,得出其安全状况为“中等”的结论.针对其存在的问题,有针对性地提出了改进建议.该方法对于提高天然气开采企业安全现状综合评价的客观性和准确性具有重要意义,为天然气开采企业的安全管理部门提供理论支持.
