增强高校基层党支部活力有效途径的探析

摘要

新形势下增强高校基层党支部活力的角度来探索加强党的建设，正是因为党组织系统中的基本细胞是基层党支部，同时基层党支部也是党与学校师生联系的一个重要枢纽，对学校基层单位来说，基础党支部有着重要作用，是高校党委全部工作和战斗力的基础。“中国梦”的背景下增强高校基层党支部活力与党的声誉、形象和执政能力有直接关系，同时与党的路线、方针和政策的贯彻执行以及党在学校的根基是否牢固、发展能否持久也有重要关系。我们需要积极贯彻党的十八大精神，认真分析高校基础党支部建设中存在的问题，探索增强高校党支部活力的有效途径，凝心聚力，贯彻落实“中国梦”重要思想精神，把党建工作做的更好。%　　This paper explores the Party construction from enhancing the vitality of grass-roots party branches in colleges and universities under the new situation, because grass-roots party branch is the basic cell of party organization system and an important hub between the Party and school teachers and students. For grass-roots unit, grass-roots party branch has important role and is the foundation of the work and fighting capacity of university Party committee. In the context of "China dream", strengthening the vitality of grass-roots party branches has a direct relationship with Party's image and reputation and ruling ability, at the same time with the implementation of party's line, principles and policies and the foundation and development of party in university. We need to actively implement the spirit of the 18th Congress of CPC, carefully analyze the problems in the construction of grass-roots party branch in institutions, exploring effective ways to enhance its vitality, integrate human resources and implement the important thought of "China dream" spirit, to do well the Party construction.
