农村水利管理存在的问题及应对策略

As an important part of the rural infrastructure, the rural water conservancy project has a great role in promoting the development of the agricultural economy. But because of the continuing reform of the rural economic system, there are a lot of problems in the process of rural water conservancy construction and quality management, and the problems are more and more prominent. So the problems existing in rural water conservancy construction and management must be solved at once, in order to make it play a good benefit. This paper discusses the existing problems in the management of rural water conservancy project, and puts forward the pointed strategies.%　　农村水利工程作为农村基础设施的重要组成部分，对农业经济的发展有着极大的促进作用，但由于农村经济体制的不断改革，在对农村的水利工程建设和质量管理的过程中出现了很多的问题，并且问题越来越突出。所以，农村水利工程的相关建设和管理工作中存在的问题亟待解决，确保其能够发挥良好的效益。本文就针对农村水利工程的管理中存在的问题进行探讨，并提出有针对性的解决策略。
