Due to the relatively short development time of China's real estate, there are still many inadequate in its performance management, which seriously impact the development of the real estate business. This article focuses on the present situation and problems of China's real estate enterprise performance management and proposes specific solutions.%　　由于我国房地产发展时间相对较短，在其业绩管理工作中依然存在着不足之处，严重影响着房地产企业的发展，本文主要探讨我国房地产企业业绩管理的现状及问题并提出具体的解决方案。
