CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道水泥乳化沥青砂浆充填层灌注工艺——以石武客专为例

To guarantee technology test for cement emulsified asphalt mortar of of and construction quality requirements for cement emulsified asphalt mortar filling layer perfusion on the main line in Shijiazhuang-Wuhan Passenger-Dedicated Line ballastless track Henan segment SWZQ-8 section, from some key processes, such as selection of the mixing ratio, material inspection, wetting, edge banding, fixing, perfusion, conservation etc., to find the optimal mortar perfusion state, this paper summarized the construction technology, providing reference for the same type of mortar filling layer perfusion.%为保证石武客运专线无砟轨道河南段SWZQ-8标段水泥乳化沥青砂浆工艺性试验及正线上水泥乳化沥青砂浆充填层灌注施工质量要求,从配合比的选定、材料的检验、润湿、封边、固定、灌注、养护等关键工序中,寻找最优的砂浆灌注状态,现将施工工艺进行总结,为同类型砂浆充填层灌注施工提供借鉴.
