黑龙江省农村图书馆治理结构研究

摘要

从黑龙江省农村图书馆治理结构研究,认为目前影响其发展的主要因素是农村图书馆治理主体能力弱,治理单元数量多、面积小,缺乏相应治理评价.针对这些问题提出相应的解决措施,促进农村图书馆服务的快速、长效发展.%From the research of governance structure of rural library in Heilongjiang province, it thinks that the main factors affecting its development are the weak ability of main body of governance in rural library, much quantity of units of governance are, small area, lack of corresponding governance evaluation. In the light of these problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding measures to promote fast and long-term development of rural library service.
