氦质谱检漏仪在350MW汽轮机真空系统检漏中的应用

本文介绍了氦质谱检漏仪的工作原理及功能特点,结合使用经验介绍了氦质谱检漏仪应用于汽轮机真空系统检漏的测试方法,在军粮城发电厂9号机组汽轮机真空系统检漏中快速、准确地检测出了漏点,并有效地改善了机组真空状态.%This paper introduces working principle and function characteristics of the helium mass spectrometer leak detector, combined with the experience of using, introduces leak detection method of using helium mass spectrometer leak detector to detect the leak in steam turbine vacuum system. The results show that it can quickly and accurately detect the leak in steam turbine vacuum system of No.9 turbine vacuum system at Junliangcheng Power Plant.
