It need representing physical model of the rollers accurately and vividly, in form of one submodel in some element submodel list, when analyzing on roller opposite forces type brake tester with AMESim. Based on dynamics analysis, functions of roller submodel is given, according to the principle of AMESim modeling. The component is designed to represent roller submodel. Custom modeling for roller is implemented with AMESet. Test in AMESim verifies that custom submodel of roller conforms to AMESim component rules, calculates in correction, meets the functional requirements, and achieves the expected goal.%在AMESim中进行滚筒反力式制动检验台检测过程的仿真分析,需要以元件子模型的形式对滚筒的物理模型进行准确、形象的表示。在动力学分析的基础上,根据AMESim的建模原理给出了滚筒子模型应具有的功能,设计了代表滚筒子模型的元件,基于AMESet实现了滚筒的自定义建模。在AMESim中的验证表明,滚筒的自定义子模型符合AMESim的元件规则,计算正确,满足功能需求,实现了预期目标。
