工业项目合同网络图编制实践

摘要

随着项目越来越向大规模、复杂化发展，将项目建设的合同提前进行梳理、分类，并整理成为项目合同网络图，已成为项目建设中的重要工作，工业项目除具备一般民用建筑的特点外，还具有工艺设备及动力能源配套等内容，合同种类更为复杂。通过对合同网络图作用及编制前提、编制方法等进行较为全面介绍，进而结合某烟厂技改项目实际情况，编制出该技改项目的合同网络图。%With the development of large-scale and complex industrial projects, to tidy and classify the contract of project construction early and compile a project contract network diagram, has become an important work in the construction project. Industrial projects not only have the characteristics of the general civil construction, but also have the process equipment, power energy corollary equipments and others, so the categories of contract becomes more complex. The article firstly introduced the function; compilation preparation and compilation methods of contract network diagram, and then compiled a proper network diagram of technical innovation with the actual situation of technical innovation in a cigarette factory.
