基于知识模块划分的高校教学团队构建的思考

         

摘要

随着新兴学科的日益增多、课程体系的日益复杂以及社会经济发展对人才需求的日益多样化,人才培养模式在传统的基础上得以突破创新,高校模块化教学的改革便是一个尝试性的探索,与之相适应的教师团队的构建改革也随之而来。本文在归纳总结传统的模块教学及教师团队构建的基础上,探究了基于知识模块划分的教学团队构建的原则要求和管理机制,并湖北工业大学经济与管理学院的会计教学改革为依托,提出了突破了单纯的“专业视域”和“知识视域”,充分发挥教师团队的能动性,提高人才培养的素质的知识模块教学团队的构建的设想。%The number of emerging disciplines is increasing, the curriculum system is becoming more and more complex and the growing demands for talent by the social and economic development is becoming more and more diversified. Talent training mode breaks and reforms the traditional mode. The reform of modular teaching in colleges and universities is a tentative exploration. And the related reform for the teacher team also followed. On the basis of summing up the traditional module teaching and the construction of teachers' team, this paper explores the principles and management mechanism for teaching team construction by the division of knowledge module. Relying on the reform of accounting teaching in School of Economics and Management, Hubei University of Technology, the idea of breaking the simple"professional horizon" and "knowledge horizon" to give full play to the initiative of the teachers' team and improve the quality of knowledge module of the personnel training is put forward.
