发电企业团青工作的探索与思考

在企业改革发展中,特别是当代发电企业年轻人越来越多,如何在公司“升级跨越”大发展中凝聚青年智慧,促进团员青年成长成才,推动各项工作稳步开展,为公司规模、队伍、管理和效益全面升级奠定人才基础。安徽华电六安发电有限公司在实现该公司“升级跨越”中心工作的实践中,探索出打造企业团青品牌的有效途径,值得我们思考和借鉴。%In the development of enterprise reform, especially in the contemporary power generation enterprises, there are more and more young people. It is important to condense youth wisdom and promote the development of Youth League members in the upgrade and big development of the company, to promote each work develop steadily, and lay a good talent foundation for the overall upgrade of scale, team, management, and benefit of the company. Anhui Huadian Lu'an Power Generation Co., Ltd. has explored the effective ways to build enterprise Youth League brand in the realization of the company upgrade work practice, which is worthy of our thinking and using for reference.
