基于遗传算法的空间飞行器配重布局优化

         

摘要

某空间飞行器安装有多种探测设备,布局复杂,由于各系统产品质心位置存在偏差,因此飞行器质心位置z向数值偏差较大,不满足质心位置系统要求,因此需要以尽可能小的配重质量代价使飞行器满足复杂的质量特性要求。本文提出了一种基于遗传算法的配重布局优化算法,将飞行器可安装配重的区域进行离散,针对固定质量的配重块进行布局优化,获得了配重分布,使得飞行器总质量增加不大于1%,转动惯量变化不超过1.1%,z向质心位置偏差减小53.8%,满足了系统指标要求。%There are several equipments installed on space vehicle that the distribution is complicated. The center of mass(direction z) of space vehicle is not compliant system quota because of the centroid offset of equipments . The arrangement of counterweights can ensure that the complex requirements for mass properties of the space vehicle are satisfied, keeping the counterweight used as light as possible. This paper proposes a method of genetic algorithm to optimize the counterweight distribution. The area on the space vehicle for counterweight arrangement is discretized into a number of small regions, with each region corresponding to a counterweight. The increase mass of space vehicle is less than 1%, the increase inertia of mass is less than 1.1% and the center of mass (direction z)of space vehicle decreases 53.8%that the system target is reached.
