崔木煤矿立井井筒强行通过巨厚砾岩强含水层的技术经验浅析

         

摘要

崔木煤矿立井井筒均采用普通法施工,主、副、风三条立井相继通过了下白垩统宜君~洛河组巨厚砂砾岩孔隙裂隙强含水层,该段井筒的涌水量较大,由10m3/h逐渐增大至90m3/h,其中副井涌水量最大时达到105m3/h,严重影响了井筒掘进的速度,使得井筒施工一度处于停滞状态,乃至面临淹井的危险.对此采取了截水、导水、排水、堵水等综合防治水强排措施,解决了关键技术难题,顺利强行通过了该段含水层,进入下段泥岩后进行了壁后注浆堵水,取得了良好的效果.笔者对崔木煤矿三条立井通过该段含水层的技术经验进行了总结,为麟北矿区采用普通法施工立井提供了参考和借鉴,同时具有重要的理论价值和工程意义.%The vertical shafts were constructed by using normal methods in cuimu coal mine, the water inflow of vertical shaft was increased from 10m3/h to 90m3/h, the maximum water inflow of auxiliary shaft was 105m3/h, when main shaft, auxiliary shaft and ventilating shaft were constructed through the giant thick sandy conglomerate enriched aquifer of the lower cretaceous Yijun formation and Luohe formation one by one. That seriously affected construction progress of the vertical shaft, made shaft construction once stagnant, and even brought the danger of mine inundation.
