现代企业需求与高等院校人才培养的对接

摘要

目前,我国高等院校人才培养与现代企业对人才的需求有着一定的对接缺口,而目前各高等院校是对社会和企业输出职业人才的主力军,也是众多人才走向社会的最后一站,因此,众多高等院校担负着重要的社会责任,高等院校的改革势在必行.高等院校对于人才的培养应当立足于目前我国社会以及企业的需求现状,分析人才缺口产生的原因,因地制宜地采取相应改革措施及手段,培养社会及企业真正需要的专业人才.%At present, the training of talents in colleges and universities of China has a certain docking gap with the demand of talents in modern enterprises. At present, the institutions of higher learning are the main force for the output of professional talents in society and enterprises and is also the last stop of many talents to society. So the institutions of higher learning are responsible for important social responsibility and the reform of institutions of higher learning is imperative. The training of talents in colleges and universities should be based on the demands of the society and enterprises in China. This paper analyzes the causes of the gap of talents, and takes corresponding reform measures and means to cultivate the professionals who can meet the demands of the society and enterprises.
