不同年龄段青少年乒乓球运动员的训练方法研究

         

摘要

Most people began to contact table tennis from youth. At present, many national team active table tennis players laid their foundation through professional training in youth . Teenager table tennis coaches should scientifically arrange training programs combined with different age groups of young people's physical and mental characteristics, physical fitness and health level and many other factors, and strive to realize overall improvement of their physical fitness, table tennis skills and playing skills under the premise of ensuring their physical and mental health, so as to reserve more skilled and excellent table tennis seed players to ensure that China's table tennis remain on the glory trail for long years.%绝大多数人从青少年时期就开始接触乒乓球.目前国家队现役乒乓球运动员中的一些队员都是在青少年时期通过接受专业的训练打的基础.作为青少年乒乓球教练员,应该结合不同年龄段青少年的身心特点、体能素质及其健康水平等多项因素来科学地编排训练计划,力求在保证其身心健康的前提下实现体能、乒乓球运动技能、打球技巧的整体提升,以期为国家储备更多技能素质过硬的乒乓球运动员种子选手,确保中国乒乓球长盛不衰.
