21世纪之前,我国为了推动经济的发展和社会的进步,使得生态文明建设在我国未得以良好的实施,其后果导致了当今社会生态环境的不断恶化,因此我国不得不面临越来越严峻的生态危机.可持续发展在我国得以重视,而在建设住宅方面也应当遵循可持续发展.在我国居民住宅的建设中,绿色住宅的发展是必不可少的,因为绿色住宅的发展既能够提高我国人民的居住环境,又能够响应可持续发展的号召,而我国在推行绿色住宅中并非一帆风顺,其中包括了国民对于绿色住宅的认知、绿色住宅的开发程度以及政府对于推行绿色住宅的政策体制和监管体系等多方面还存在诸多问题.本文则是基于这一系列的问题来讨论如何以正确的有效的方式来发展和推行绿色住宅,为我国在绿色住宅的推行和发展方面作一定的参考.%Before 21st Century, in order to promote China's economic development and social progress, the construction of ecological civilization in China has not been well implemented, its consequences in today's society are the deteriorating ecological environment in China, and the ecological crisis is becoming more and more serious. The sustainable development in China has been paid attention to, and in residential construction should follow the sustainable development. In the construction of residential housing in China, the development of green building is essential, because it can not only improve the people's living environment, but also response to the call the sustainable development, but the implementation of China's green building hasn't been all that good, including the national cognition of green housing, the development of green housing and the government's policy, system and supervision system for green housing and many other problems. This paper is based on a series of problems to discuss how to ues correct and effective way to develop and promote a green residential, as a reference for the implementation and development in the green house in China.
