浅谈高校青年教师教学观念的转变

         

摘要

没有教学观念的引导,就没有未来高等教育的长足进步.高校青年教师在完成角色身份转化的过程中,更应顺应时代潮流,迅速成长,适时转变教学观念.本文在对“教”与“育”教学观念进行对比分析的基础上,指出“教”教学观念的弊端,提出青年教师教学观念转变的路径,以期为青年教师教学观念转型提供帮助.%Without the guidance of teaching ideas,there will be no great progress in higher education in the future.Young teachers in the process of completing the role of identity transformation,should follow the trend of the times,and timely change their teaching concepts.On the basis of the comparative analysis of the teaching concept of "teaching" and "education",this paper points out the shortcomings of the teaching concept of "teaching",and puts forward the path of the transformation of the teaching idea of young teachers in order to help young teachers' teaching concept transformation.
