鄂州市生态文明建设评价指标体系研究

All along, Ezhou City, Hubei Province, has always taken "building a national ecological civilization city and realizing the great Chinese dream" as the fundamental goal and accelerating the construction of urban ecological civilization. And this fundamental goal must be achieved by a scientific evaluation system. Evaluation system can help city managers understand the status quo, and always grasp the overall goal of ecological civilization construction. Based on the authoritative data of Ezhou City in Hubei Province, this article will construct a set of scientific and rigorous evaluation system for the construction of urban ecological civilization from several aspects such as ecological economy, ecological environment, ecological culture and ecological system, and give suggestions on the ecological civilization construction in Ezhou.%一直以来,湖北鄂州市始终以"建设全国生态文明城市,实现伟大中国梦"为根本目标,不断加快城市生态文明建设.而这个根本目标必须依靠科学的评价体系才能达成.评价体系能够帮助城市管理者了解现状,时刻把握好生态文明建设的总体目标不偏移.本文将基于湖北省鄂州市的权威数据,从生态经济、生态环境、生态文化、生态制度等几个维度为城市生态文明建设构建一套科学严谨的评价体系,并对鄂州市的生态文明建设建言献策.
