军工建设项目风险识别、测量与防范

摘要

Improving the risk management of military construction project is an important way to improve investment benefit and achieve construction goals. Based on the theory of risk management, this paper analyzes the characteristics of risk management of military construction project, identifies and measures the risks of military construction project. It is showed that, the order of the risks from large to small are confidentiality risks, technical risks, regulation and policy risks, natural and environmental risks, manage risks, economic risks. In views of the key risk factors, this paper proposes the suggests of risk prevention. This study will help to improve the overall level of military project management.%加强军工建设项目风险管理是提高投资效益、确保达成项目建设目标的重要手段.本文以风险管理理论为基础,全面分析了军工建设项目风险管理的特点,对军工建设项目的风险进行了识别与测量.研究结果表明:风险从大到小排列的次序是保密风险、技术风险、法规与政策风险、自然及环境风险、管理风险、经济风险,针对重点风险因素,提出了风险防范的建议,本研究有助于提升军工项目工程管理的整体水平.
