基于光子晶体波导的毫米波阻抗调配器研究

         

摘要

随着无线通信相关领域的发展,无线电波的应用频率已提高到毫米波频段,研究新型的毫米波阻抗调配器具有重要的实用意义.光子晶体因其有光子带隙的特点,在波导、谐振腔、滤波器等毫米波器件上有很大的尺寸优势.本文结合实际加工条件,利用电磁仿真设计了一种基于光子晶体波导的W波段阻抗调配器并对其进行优化,具有快速调配,适用范围广的优点.%With the development of wireless communication,the application frequency of radio wave has been increased to millimeter wave band.It is important to study new millimeter wave impedance tuners.Photonic crystals are characterized by photonic bandgap and have great advantages in millimeter wave devices such as in waveguides,resonators,filters and other devices.In this paper,a kind of impedance tuner based on photonic crystal waveguide is designed and optimized by combining simulation with actual processing conditions,which has advantages of rapid deployment and wide range of application.
