应用激光干涉仪进行谐波减速器高低温弯曲刚度的测试方法

         

摘要

To achieve the measurement of bend stiffness of some parts like harmonic reducer in environment of the high or low temperature, laser interferometer is employed to measure the deflection angle of the output of harmonic reducer under the effect of some forces, and bend moment is put on through wire ropes drived by motor. The present design has overcome the problem that angle conder can not be applied in the conditions of extreme temperature, and eliminated the effect of stiffness measure resulting from the system errors by deformation of instrument in itself. The present measures are performed in the range from -65℃ to +80℃.%使用激光干涉仪测量谐波减速器输出端受力弯曲后的偏转角,电机带动钢丝绳施加弯矩,实现谐波减速器等部件在高低温环境下的弯曲刚度测试,解决角度编码器不能适应极端温度条件的问题,并可消除测试设备自身变形引起的系统误差对刚度测试结果的影响.目前测试的温度范围为-65℃ +80℃.
