谈论建设行业技能型人才培养基地建设

摘要

The construction vocational col ege take the burden of training construction industry talents .The paper puts forward some Suggestions on strengthening the construction of talent base from theory and practice two levels, then elaborates on how to reform the personnel training mechanism,how to determine the new personnel training plan,how to improve the teachers' production practice ability, to speed up the practice training base construction and talents base construction is closely related to the problem.%　　建设类职业学校担负着培养建设行业技能型人才的重任，本文从理论与实践两个层面，提出了加强人才基地建设的关键所在，详细阐述了如何改革人才培养机制、确定新的人才培养方案、提高教师的生产实践能力，加快实习实训基地建设等与人才基地建设密切相关的问题。
