城市公共空间与城市规划体系的构建

近年来，由于城市公共空间问题而引发各类冲突事件频频发生，需要我们重新认识和实践城市公共空间规划的作用和意义。本文通过对城市公共空间与城市规划体系的分析，明确如何科学地建立以人民为中心的城市公共空间规划，为创建和谐社会及城市发展更新创造条件。%In recent years, the various conflicts triggered by city public space problems frequently, we need to know and practice the role and significance of city public space planning.
