现代住宅建筑优化设计的分析与应用

摘要

现代住宅的商品化使得住宅成为炙手可热的商品，如何让其更加符合大众的要求成为建筑师急待解决的问题。本文通过对住宅建筑设计的几项基本内容，包括户型、功能、环境及室内装饰的优化设计进行分析，总结出适应住宅商品化的设计方法。%The commercialization of modern residential build-ings makes the residence become hot commodities, how to make it more consistent with the requirements of the public be-came the urgent problem of architects. Through several basic contents of residential building design, analyzes the optimizat-ion design including apartment layout, function, environment and interior decoration, summarizes the adaptable design met-hod of residential commercialization.
