节能建筑对工程造价的影响

摘要

在大力提倡节能建筑的可持续理念下，整个工程项目的建设对于节能建筑造价的管理方案尤为重要。本文就对节能建筑与工程造价控制措施的实施进行了有针对性的研究，并阐述了节能建筑在项目运行中对于工程造价的影响。%Under the sustainable concept of vigorously prom-oting the energy-saving building, the construction of the whole project is particularly important for the cost management of energy saving construction. In this article, the author makes a target research for implementing the energy-saving architect-ure and the project cost control measures, and elaborates the influence of energy-saving buildings on the construction cost in the project operation.
