试论建筑施工企业材料管理存在的问题及对策

摘要

The article first provides an overview of the signi-ficance of materials management of construction enterprises;fol owed by analysis of the materials management problems of construction enterprise; final y discusses and summarizes the countermeasures of the materials management of construction enterprises, hope to communicate with the peers and to impr-ove the economic efficiency of construction enterprises.%　　文章首先对建筑施工企业材料管理的意义进行了概述；其次对建筑施工企业材料管理存在的问题进行了分析；最后对建筑施工企业材料管理的对策进行了探讨与总结。本文旨在与同行进行交流，提高建筑施工的企业经济效益。
