At the present stage, the generation of anti-leakage phenomenon is a common quality problem in the construction of residential buildings. Therefore, effective measures must be taken to prevent and control the problem. This article further explores the leakage causes in the residential building constru-ction, and put forward a series of effective control measures.%　　在现阶段的住宅建筑施工中，存在的一个质量通病为防渗漏现象的产生。因此，我们必须针对此问题进行有效地预防与控制。本文主要针对住宅建筑施工中产生的渗漏现象原因进行了深入探究，并且提出了一系列有效地控制对策。
