水利管理体系改革与工程维修养护问题探析

Water conservancy project is an important material basis of our national economy and social development. Al th-e time, water conservancy project in flood control, drainage, and other aspects to promote the development of the national economy plays an important role, but also play an important role in industrial production, life, ecological environment and so on. In the new economic era, in order to bet er promote the development of water conservancy project, strengthen the ref-orm of water management system is particularly important. T-his paper analyzes the problems of the reform of water manag-ement system and engineering maintenance.%　　水利工程是我国国民经济和社会发展的重要物质基础。一直以来，水利工程在防洪、排涝、减灾等方面为促进国民经济发展发挥着重要的作用，而且在工业生产、居民生活、生态环境等方面发挥了重要的作用。在当前的新经济时代，为了更好地促进水利工程的发展，加强对水利管理体系的改革显得尤为重要。本文就对水利管理体制改革与工程维护养护问题进行了分析和探讨。
