房地产项目水电安装工程的管理分析

With the social progress and economic developme-nt, the demands of people’s living environment are increasing. The hydropower instal ed as one of the important aspects of th-e real estate projects, its quality directly affects the quality of t-he entire construction project. In recent years, engineering tec-hnology continuously improves and the real estate hydropower instal ed technology is also improving. The good quality of th-e instal ation of hydropower not only is the guarantee of high quality life, but also decides the economic and social benefits of the entire real estate construction projects. In this article, th-e author first analyzes the current situations of the estate proje-cts for the instal ation of hydropower management, then puts f-orward the technical points of the instal ation of hydropower in real estate projects and provide some suggestions and ideas for the development of China's real estate industry.%　　随着社会的进步和经济的发展，人们对居住环境的要求越来越高。水电安装作为房地产项目重要的环节之一，其质量直接影响到整个建筑工程的质量。近年来，工程技术不断提高，房地产水电安装技术也在不断提高，良好的水电安装质量不仅是高品质生活的保重，而且决定了整个房地产建筑工程的经济效益和社会效益。本文首先分析了当前房地产项目水电安装工程管理的现状，提出房地产项目水电安装工程的技术要点，为我国房地产行业的发展提供一些建议和思路。
